TECHSPEC^® 塑膠複合非球面透鏡是具有繞射極限設計的模製非球面透鏡消除通過寬帶光源引起的色差。這些複合非球面透鏡非常適合成像或眼科應用，或用於可諧調雷射或寬帶或多光譜光源。非球面透鏡消除了球差，而繞射表面具有負光學色散可做色像差絕佳的校正。

TECHSPEC^® 塑膠複合非球面透鏡能提供相似於TECHSPEC^®非球面消色差透鏡的性能，但是非球面消色差透鏡相比具有多種優勢。塑膠複合非球面透鏡採用全塑膠整體設計，比同類非球面消色差透鏡輕得多。這些光學鏡頭還可提供更高的數值孔徑。然而，塑膠複合非球面透鏡受到非球面表面固有衍射效率的限制，其總透射率低於同類非球面消色差透鏡。
