HOLO/OR 繞射光束取樣器為繞射光學元件 (DOE),用於監控高功率雷射。輸入雷射光束以零階通過光束取樣器時,會產生兩個較高階的低能量側光束,作為 -1 及 +1 階。這兩個較高階的光束,接下來可引導至偵測器,用於監控雷射光束的輪廓及功率位準。HOLD/OR 繞射光束取樣器供應時採用硒化鋅 (ZnSe) 基材,可搭配使用 CO2雷射。
