TECHSPEC®鍺(Ge) 窗鏡現貨供應,可選三種抗反射鍍膜: 3 - 5μm波段適用於中紅外應用,3 - 12μm波段適用於寬帶多光譜應用, 8 - 12μm波段適用於熱成像應用。由於鍺窗口片的折射率很高 (對於2 - 14μm的光大約為4.0),因此建議在這些鍺窗口片上使用抗反射鍍膜,以便在所需範圍內實現充足的穿透。鍺受温度影響嚴重,穿透率隨温度的升高而降低,因此,只能適用於100°C以下溫度的應用。在設計對重量有嚴格要求的系统時要考慮鍺的高密度(5.33 g/cm3)。鍺的努氏硬度是780,大約是氟化鎂硬度的兩倍,非常適用於需要堅固光學特性的紅外應用。
