Olympus 鏡筒和配件經特別設計搭配使用 Olympus 顯微鏡或物鏡。Olympus 鏡筒和配件包含濾光片立方體，用於整合激發或發射濾光片及安裝至 BX2 顯微鏡；浸油用於減少一般油中的自動螢光；為 180mm 焦距設計的成像鏡筒，設置鳩尾接口可直接連接相機；以及建議用於樣本製備及成像的蓋玻片。濾光片立方體相容於 25mm 直徑光學濾光片，最大厚度為 5.0mm（激發濾光片）或 3.5mm（發射濾光片）。低自動螢光浸油是長時間觀察的理想選擇。使用 C 接口轉接器 (#89-606)、1X 相機耦合器 (#89-605) 及成像鏡筒 (#86-835) 打造 C 接口影片顯微鏡。Olympus 寬視場成像鏡筒至 T 接口支撐架 (#11-149)，建議用於整合 Olympus 寬視場成像鏡筒 (#36-401) 至 T 接口系統。
