紫外熔融矽石與螢光USAF 1951分辨率測試板

熔融矽石正測試板 (圖案鍍鉻，背景透明) 在測試板的上層表面放置鍍鉻圖案，熔融矽石負測試板 (圖案透明，背景鍍鉻) 也是如此。

螢光熔融矽石測試板非常適用於涉及螢光與共焦顯微鏡、奈米技術、光微影技術及其他以紫外為基礎之成像系統的應用。螢光熔融矽石正測試板 (圖案鍍鉻，背景透明) 在測試板的上層表面放置螢光材料。螢光熔融矽石負測試板 (圖案透明，背景鍍鉻) 在下層表面放置螢光材料。

注意：鍍鉻的上層表面將反射紫外幅射。 Avoid direct skin contact and eye exposure to UV energy. UV protective eyewear sold separately. Fluorescent material adds 0.1 - 0.2mm to thickness of fluorescent targets.
