Richardson Gratings™ 高精密平面反射金繞射光柵，是 Richardson Gratings™ 高精密平面直紋反射繞射光柵的金鍍膜版本，可供應 500nm 或 1000nm 閃耀波長，分別最適合用於 350-800nm 或 700-1600nm。這類直紋光柵的特色，就是能在其設計波長發揮卓越效率，超越全像光柵。Richardson Gratings™ 高精密平面反射金繞射光柵非常適合用於使用矽探測器的光譜儀，或是需要在近紅外線/紅外線光譜區域具備高反射率的光纖電信應用。可依要求供應客製尺寸。

注意：本系列光柵的表面非常敏感，操作時絕對不得碰觸。如果需要清潔，亦即清除粉塵粒子，建議以乾淨的壓縮空氣進行非接觸式清潔。
