At Edmund Optics, we are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied. If you would like to return a product within 30 days of purchase, you will need to obtain a return authorization number from our Sales Department and return the product with the original packaging and return authorization number clearly noted on the shipping carton. Items must be received in their original manufacturers packaging. All returns go through an inspection. If our Quality Assurance Department determines something is wrong with the product, our Sales Department will contact you and let you know if we will accept the item or if a restocking fee will be charged and what the percentage will be. Our minimum restocking fee is 25%. Items found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of one year from the invoice date. As we are a Taiwan company, VAT (value added tax) tax must be charged at the standard rate on all orders shipped within Taiwan (standard rate is currently 5%).
